Design and consultation services
Fees for design consultations and styling packages are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the project has commenced. If you need to cancel or reschedule before the work has started, please contact us as soon as possible; we may offer a partial refund or credit depending on the circumstances.
Physical products
Products (furniture, accessories, etc.) sourced through us may be subject to the return policy of the individual vendor. We will communicate applicable return windows and conditions at the time of order. Custom or made-to-order items typically cannot be returned unless defective.
